They sell whip cream charges and Crackers because the stuff that is used to propell whipped cream is Nitrous like the stuff at the dentist. Officially though they are for making pretty cakes, you will see them at porno/adult shops too for people that like to play with whipped cream. I would say don't try whippits they are amazingly fun but I'm hooked on the things I once spent 250$ on a ton of them and took it all in one day.Why do they sell whipping cartridges at weed bowl store?
laughing gas is sometimes used recreationally. Fill a balloon and then breath it in. Danger of freezing if you try to breath straight from the cartridge (not that I am suggesting any illegal activity).
