I would advise against trying to refill this particular Epson cartridge. From the testing and research I've reviewed the success rate is actually quite poor. If you are looking to spend less on replacement cartridges you should really consider buying compatibles. I dont have a CX4800 but I have a few other Epsons and the procedure is pretty close on all of them.


If you click on the printer icon at the lower right (I'm not sure if it's a left click or a right click) it should pop up a menu with the choice of replace cartridges or replace ink. Or you can go to control panel - printers - select the printer - choose properties, then there should be a tab called utilities which should have replace cartridges or move head to replace position.
