and fill with ink. seems to work fine. although the low ink warning hasn't gone away. maybe you have to ';reset the chip'; whatever that is for the warning to go away. but it's printing fine for me which is what i care about. Report Abuse

i was able to refill. hp 564 cartridge, hp c6380 printer. i had refill kit for my old printer w/ ink, big syringe, and needle. if u peel back the sticker on top of the cartridge, u can see a depression w/ a little white ball in it, and if u go further back, u can see tiny hole. stick syringe in hole Report Abuse

yes the hp 564 can be refill.


the chip cant be reset for now, but the printer go on even if the chip show empty...
