There is no way to do it where it won't ruin future things you print out,,How to refill a ink cartridge that says it is a one time use?
drill a small hole , fill it up and put a plug in , the refills i use come with a small drill and plug
It says one time use, take that as a suggestion, not fact.

You will not regain your ink level upon refilling, however it is entirely possible to refill a lex 28 providing the cartridge is in good working order.
Unless it is the 28A cartridge (not the bra size) it can not be refilled cause of a kill feature built into the 28 RP cartridges (return program).

Your printer should take the 34 black, which can be refilled, so look for those.
take a look at the refilling instructions available at www.inkreloaded.com/instructions for help on refilling your cartridge. i always buy my ink their and it matches the original quality ink in my lexmark printer i really give them five stars they even help you out by pressing the live help button if you are a customer.
you can't. hence '; one time use';
Impossible...
