Yep, thats true. Buy from Dell. Though I hate to admit it, the cartridges are relatively costlier. The catch is that while you can refill or buy cartridges from Staples or Radioshack, the cartridges would not be troubleshot by Dell Technical Support. I guess thats the way things work. So, please dont expect anything else from Dell. I dont want you to feel misled later on.
