Most of the time, these refills don't work or the printer has trouble resetting. Remvoe the cartrdig eand try your old one. If it works, then the new cartridge is defective and has air in it.Lexmark2400 just had cartridge refill put in but keeps coming up no cartridge?
Have you tried to print with it? If it prints, just ignore the message.
If not, sounds like an electrical problem. i would return the cartridge and get a replacement.
