I tried to refill the black cartridge, but then it started flashing E 1 5, and saying it couldn't reognise the cartridges. Nor the black nor the colored.How to fix MP160 Error message E 1 5 when I refill cartridges.?

Basically you need to take the cartridges out and put them back in again.
