You tried, you failed. Throw away the old refill cartridge and buy a real one.





In general, you should consider the price of the NEW cartridges, instead of buying a really cheap printer, then suffering with their high priced INK.





Next time, buy a Canon Printer. The official Canon Cartridges are NOT a rip-off. In fact, the colors are in separate low cost cartridges, so you don't waste the other colors when one goes dry. Another cool think about Canon printers, is that if your ink runs out in the middle of a printout, it pauses and lets you change the cartridges, then resume printing without ruining what was already printed.
