Smart-Cartridge refill for Epson?

Hi,





For the first time I tried a refill for my Epson Stylus Photo 820U colour toner.


I went to a smart-cartridge store here in Lisbon and the service was bad.


The yellow doesn't come out from the toner and while the original toner has 2 different cyans and 2 magentas, they seem to put the same colour in both.


Do you have any experience using the service from this company with Epson printers ?

If you want to save money, buy brand new compatible cartridges with a warranty (a warranty is necessary because many compatibles fail to work due to shoddy manufacture or old chips incompatible with the latest printers).


THere is also an innovative item - a 2-piece cartridge where the ink is in a separate tank. When the ink runs out, you can replace just the ink tank and continue using the same chip which auto-resets to full. This does not carry the same dangers as refilling since you are getting a fresh ink cartridge each time. They work wonderfully on my epson cx8400. I don't know where you can find them in Lisbon but this is what I am talking about
